Charlie Wood General seems like ns puts the "odd" power on the H2R! 3/9/2008 2:38:56 PM
Charlie Wood General this is a complete guess but maybe it is running dead in tow to the american motive power faculity in dansville to be restored. That would explain why they left it at the interchange point. or maybe CP will pick it up and take it back to canadian trackage. 3/15/2008 10:16:02 AM
Matt Jacobus General yea that my guess too thanks for the info thou 3/15/2008 8:29:37 PM
Charlie Wood General I have done some research about this railroad and apparently their trackage is loacated in Maine and they have a connection with CP in Quebec. The reporting remarks for this railroad are CDAC and about 21,000 cars a year are hauled. 3/23/2008 1:05:32 PM
Charlie Wood General Also I imagine that this loco is NOT going to Dansville because most locos going here are picked up in Rochester either at CP 373 (interchange) or the goodman st. yard. 3/23/2008 1:06:58 PM

Ron Moraca General For whatever reason, Matt, the CAR chopped the nose of this F40PHR, making it a freak. I liked 'em better with whole noses. 10/28/2008 8:54:18 PM
Ron Tilley General This unit either went to the Ohio Central or the Iowa Northern RR. Canadian American RR was owned by the Irons Roads Corp, also consisting of the Bangor & Aroostook, Quebec Southern and Northern Vermont RR's 1/8/2010 4:33:40 PM
